When you submit a loan application through this LoanPepper.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• You are initiating a business transaction by requesting a loan.

• Loan terms are solely determined by the lender and not by LoanPepper.com or its operators.

• Your loan request and all the information provided may be shared with multiple lenders and lending partners in real time or over time to determine if you qualify for a loan or to offer you loan products that you may qualify for.

• Your lender may disclose loan information, including loan approval and funding status, to Loan Pepper.com.

• Many users may not qualify for the loan types or amounts they requested, and some lenders may offer loans in an amount below the requested amount. In this situation, it is the lender's responsibility to communicate to you, the customer. 

• You are authorizing LoanPepper's Lending Partners to obtain consumer reporting and related information about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as TransUnion, Experian, LexisNexis, and Equifax, for purposes of verifying your identity, evaluating your creditworthiness, and making pre-qualification/pre-approval or credit decisions.

• You are responsible for reviewing your loan offer(s), researching other loan options and alternatives, and making an informed decision.
